As an Account Manager, you play a crucial role in our daily business operations and the success of our customers. You will drive agency growth by building meaningful client relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and internal departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
  • Manage and oversee the timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
  • Utilize your expertise in insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Eagerness and confidence to engage in sales conversations.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $41,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
